Breast Cancer with Mammographic Density Risk Assessment Macro

BrCa_MD_RAM is a SAS macro that allows the user to project absolute invasive breast cancer risk for white women in the batch mode based on measurements of mammographic density following the methods of Chen et al. (JNCI 2006;98:1215-1226). Risk factor data (mammographic density, age at first live birth, number of affected sisters or mother, weight and number of previous benign breast biopsies) and projection interval ages can be entered for a group of women, and corresponding absolute risk projections will be returned. This program may be useful for research purposes when one needs risk projections for an entire study population.
