Registry Database Studies Seminar , Epidemiologic Contributions to Cancer Trends Among HIV-Infected People

Hilary Robbins will talk about  “Epidemiologic Contributions to Cancer Trends Among HIV-Infected People.” Hilary will describe epidemiologic methods for understanding trends in cancer incidence in the U.S. HIV population, in terms of demographic changes, effects of HIV therapy, and changes in background cancer rates.

The Registry Database Studies Seminar Series provides an informal opportunity for investigators to compare experiences on research projects that utilize large population-based databases, linkages, and disease registries. The goal is to promote the discussion of ideas for new studies, increase utilization of these valuable data resources, and foster collaborative research. Find slides from previous talks and research resources.
