    Straight insecticides: 15% of total is applied to lawns, 70% to outdoor plants, 15% to nonplants, from Kline (Anonymous, 1982)
    Straight insecticides: Split of each active ingredient to lawns vs. outdoor plants vs. nonplants is based on judgment (assumptions: diazinon: 25%-60%-15%, carbaryl and malathion: 5%-80%-15%, chlorpyrifos: 45%-40%-15%, other: 15%-70%-15%).
