Diet, Micronutrients, and Supplements

DCEG researchers investigate the relationship between dietary intake and cancer risk using data from a number of large, population-based studies in the United States and abroad. Analyses from these studies consider diet and nutrition in terms of both whole foods consumed and chemicals formed through cooking methods. In addition, researchers investigate associations between micronutrients and supplements and cancer risk.  Search for DCEG publications on diet and nutrition, vitamin supplements, meat, and cooking methods.
