The CARE Model is a SAS macro that allows researchers to estimate an African American woman's risk of developing invasive breast cancer.
The Breast Cancer Risk Assessment Tool now includes the CARE Model information. Both tools are designed for use by health professionals and researchers. If you are not a health professional, you are encouraged to discuss the results and your personal risk of breast cancer with your doctor.
