KinCohort

KinCohort is a MATLAB software package for likelihood-based analysis of kin-cohort data.

  1. Download the zip file and unpack it in an appropriate directory.
  2. In MATLAB, use the (file--> set path) menu to add the directory to the search path in which the files have been placed.
  3. The main user interface programs are:
    • 'pexpsurv_kk' which produces the kin-cohort estimate of survival curves, and
    • 'bspexpsurv_kk' which produces bootstrap estimates of the survival curves.
  4. Both of these functions have been annotated to explain the input and output arguments.
