Description: A day-long symposium hosted by the NCI Division of Cancer Epidemiology and Genetics (DCEG) in celebration of the 10th anniversary of the founding of the Laboratory of Translational Genomics (LTG). LTG investigators will present their most notable findings and discuss the future of the LTG and the field.
 
The mission of the LTG is to understand the contribution of germline and somatic genetic variation to cancer etiology and outcomes. This was a fruitful decade for the LTG, with scores of discoveries based on GWAS findings for multiple cancers coming from the Cancer Genomics Research Laboratory/DCEG pipeline.
 
This event is open to all NCI staff.
