ISoform QTLs Of LUng cell Types by lONg-read sequence and matched Short-read EQTLs (ISOLUTION) is an interactive web application developed by using a large-scale single-cell long-read RNA-seq data of human lung tissues to help researchers 1) search genetic effects of isoform-level QTL on isoform regulation; 2) visualize isoform expression patterns across 37 lung cell types; and 3) investigate full-length transcript structures of isoforms identified by long-read sequencing. ISOLUTION provides summary statistics of isoQTL, high-quality visualization, and downloadable genome annotation files to support future investigation of lung cancer and diseases.

LDlink
LDlink is a suite of web-based applications designed to easily and efficiently interrogate linkage disequilibrium in population groups. All population genotype data originates from Phase 3 (Version 5) of the 1000 Genomes Project and variant RS numbers are indexed based on dbSNP build 142. Where coordinates are specified, GRCh37/hg19 is used. Only bi-allelic variants are permitted as input.
