DCEG Participation in the Diversity Career Development Program
The NCI Diversity Career Development Program (DCDP) builds skills in leadership and research independence for NCI intramural postdoctoral fellows from underrepresented groups. Since its initiation, DCEG fellows have been selected for this competitive training opportunity.
The program is supported by the NCI Center for Cancer Training, Intramural Diversity Workforce Branch, and its main goal is to provide NCI postdoctoral trainees with the tools necessary to develop as leaders in academic independent research careers.
