Dr. Anssi Auvinen presents an overview of radiation and risk of non-cancer diseases. He reviews studies of non-cancer effects of radiation, including circulatory diseases and eye lens opacities in the A-bomb survivors, occupational low-dose studies, and radiotherapy studies.
