The DCEG Fellowship Program provides comprehensive career training to prepare fellows for success. This training includes career exploration opportunities, and courses/workshops in communication, leadership and management, mentoring, teaching, wellness, and more. The majority of postbaccalaureate fellows go on to graduate or medical school programs, while predoctoral and postdoctoral fellows excel in careers across a variety of sectors, including academia, government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector companies.
