Dr. Sang Kyu Lee, postdoctoral fellow, joined the Biostatistics Branch (BB) as a predoctoral fellow in September 2022. He earned a B.A. in applied statistics and an M.S. in statistics (2019) from Konkuk University, South Korea. Dr. Lee completed his Ph.D. in statistics at Michigan State University, East Lansing, in 2024.

In BB, Dr. Lee is working on quantile regression and survival analysis for high-dimensional data, especially about false discovery rate (FDR) control on variable selection and disparity analysis with cancer-related biomarkers, under the mentorship of Hyokyoung (Grace) Hong, Ph.D., senior investigator.
