Sang Kyu Lee joined the Biostatistics Branch (BB) as a predoctoral fellow in September 2022. He earned a B.A. in applied statistics and an M.S. in statistics (2019) from Konkuk University, South Korea. Mr. Lee is a Ph.D. candidate in statistics at Michigan State University, East Lansing.

In BB, Mr. Lee is working on quantile regression and survival analysis for high-dimensional data, especially about false discovery rate (FDR) control on variable selection and disparity analysis with cancer-related biomarkers, under the mentorship of Hyokyoung (Grace) Hong, Ph.D., senior investigator.
