Sumaja Bandreddi, M.S., joined DCEG as a postbaccalaureate fellow in the Biostatistics Branch (BB) in August 2025. She earned a master's degree in biostatistics from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. Prior to joining DCEG, Ms. Bandreddi worked as a research assistant studying racial disparities in breast cancer outcomes and alternative splicing of transcription factors regulated by RNA-binding proteins.
As a postbaccalaureate fellow, Ms. Bandreddi works under the mentorship of Paul S. Albert, Ph.D., on semi-continuous analyses of data from the Prostate, Lung, Colorectal, and Ovarian (PLCO) Cancer Screening Trial.
