Kevin Wang, M.S., joined DCEG as a postbaccalaureate fellow in the Integrative Tumor Epidemiology Branch (ITEB) in January 2024. Prior to joining DCEG, he earned his M.S. in statistics from the University of Chicago, Illinois, in 2023, where he focused on machine learning and biostatistics. In 2020, he received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

In ITEB, Mr. Wang is focusing on methodology in statistical genetics, with a concentration on rare-variant analysis, under the mentorship of Earl Stadtman investigators Diptavo Dutta, Ph.D. and Haoyu Zhang, Ph.D.
