CaseCohortCoxSurvival: Case-Cohort Cox Survival Inference R-Package

CaseCohortCoxSurvival is an R package for estimating Cox model log-relative hazard and covariate-specific pure risk parameters and their variances from case-cohort data. For the variance estimation, the package relies on influence functions and follows the complete variance decomposition to properly account for stratification of the subcohort sampling, calibration of the design weights. It can also handle missing at random covariates that are only measured in cases and non-cases in the subcohort.
