KinCohort
KinCohort is a MATLAB software package for likelihood-based analysis of kin-cohort data.

- Download the zip file and unpack it in an appropriate directory.
- In MATLAB, use the (file--> set path) menu to add the directory to the search path in which the files have been placed.
- The main user interface programs are:
- 'pexpsurv_kk' which produces the kin-cohort estimate of survival curves, and
- 'bspexpsurv_kk' which produces bootstrap estimates of the survival curves.
- Both of these functions have been annotated to explain the input and output arguments.
