DCEG investigators developed the COVID-19 Mortality Tracker to utilize data visualization techniques to monitor weekly U.S. trends in overall and cause-specific mortality since the onset of the pandemic.
The tools displays provisional vital statistics data from the National Center for Vital Statistics at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to reveal patterns and generate potential research questions.
