Lindsay Morton Appointed Deputy Chief of the Radiation Epidemiology Branch

Lindsay Morton, Ph.D., has been appointed Deputy Chief of the Radiation Epidemiology Branch (REB) as of January 7, 2020. In this role, Dr. Morton will work with Amy Berrington, D. Phil., Chief of REB, to lead the branch, as well as continue her ground-breaking research to evaluate treatment-related second cancer risk among survivors of adult and childhood cancer. Dr. Morton began her career in DCEG as a post-doctoral fellow before transitioning to a tenure-track investigator. She was awarded scientific tenure by the NIH in 2015.
