Extremely Low Frequency (ELF)-EMF Exposures and Cancer Risk

After a small United States study found children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia who were exposed to high levels of residential magnetic field exposure had poorer survival rates, DCEG investigators sought to reproduce the question in a larger, international pooled analysis. Investigators examined more than 3,000 cases from the United States, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Japan, and the United Kingdom, and no association was found.
