DCEG Honorees at the 2016 NCI Director’s Award Ceremony

NCI Director Douglas Lowy presents an Individual Merit Award to Kiyohiko Mabuchi.

At the NCI Director’s Awards ceremony in October, several DCEG staff members were honored for their outstanding leadership and commitment to NCI.

Kiyohiko Mabuchi, M.D., Dr.P.H., received an Individual Merit Award from NCI Director Douglas Lowy, M.D., in recognition of his achievements to advance scientific understanding of the carcinogenic effects of low-dose radiation exposure.

Length of Service Awards

Forty years of service: Louise Brinton, Ph.D., M.P.H.

Thirty years of service: Mark H. Greene, M.D., and James Goedert, M.D.

Twenty years of service: Joanne Colt, M.P.H., M.S., Maria Teresa Landi, M.D., Ph.D., and Mary L. McMaster, M.D.

Ten years of service: Laura Beane Freeman, Ph.D.; Bridgett Bell; Karen Berliner, Ph.D.; Irene Collins, Ph.D.; Lea Jessop, Ph.D.; Aimée R. Kreimer, Ph.D.; Mark Purdue, Ph.D., Hannah Yang, Ph.D.; and Xiaohong Rose Yang, Ph.D., M.P.H.
