Melissa Friesen, Ph.D., was interviewed by the University of British Columbia (UBC) School of Population and Public Health for the school's alumni page. The article highlighted her interdisciplinary research in DCEG’s Occupational and Environmental Epidemiology Branch and her time as a student at UBC. Dr. Friesen received a Master of Science in Occupational and Environmental Hygiene from UBC in 2001.
