DCEG Summer Intern Program 2018

, by DCEG Staff

The DCEG Summer Intern Program celebrated its 20th anniversary with the high-caliber work of this year’s interns on display at a poster session on August 7, 2018.

Over 50 investigators and Office of Education staff mentored 3 high school students, 21 undergraduates, 12 Masters-level, and 5 doctoral students, hailing from 14 states around the country. These students were selected from a pool of over 400 applicants; each were given the opportunity to conduct research with their mentor and share their findings with peers and DCEG colleagues at the poster session. It was a lively event where their hard work and dedication were on excellent display.
